Continuing to support our community

We are delighted to announce that, following a review of FireFit Youth and Community Hub, we will continue to help young people in and around Toxteth, Liverpool. We will also be supporting the wider community by offering specialist programmes for women and adults with health concerns.

Supporting young people

We will be improving our offer for children and young people. By updating our facilities and offering a wider range of activities, we hope to help children and young people in Liverpool access the support they need for the best possible start in life.

Supporting the wider community

We have refocused our fitness offer for adults, prioritising those who can benefit most from our services. Restart is a four-month programme, designed to help create an improvement plan for adults facing health challenges. Additionally, our women-only gym provides a safe, welcoming and empowering environment for women who may feel out of place in traditional gyms.
